Who we are.
A mid-tier iron ore and lithium mining company operating two
active mine sites in the Pilbara and one lithium project in the
Goldfields-Esperance region. Headquartered in Perth with FIFO
workforce rotating to site. Known for strong safety culture,
community engagement with Traditional Owners, and early adoption
of autonomous mining technologies.

IronVale Resources operates on the lands of the Nyiyaparli, Banyjima, and Martu peoples in the Pilbara, and the Wongatha people in the Goldfields-Esperance region. We acknowledge their continuing connection to country and culture, and we pay respect to Elders past and present.
Heritage agreements aren't a checklist for us. They're relationships we maintain over years, and our Sustainability and People teams work closely with Traditional Owner groups before any new ground is disturbed.
